“When you truly realise that you are servants [of God Almighty], only then will you be able to truly fulfil your duties and reap blessings from your efforts.” – Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad

On 7 February 2026, the World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, the Fifth Khalifa (Caliph), His Holiness, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad held a meeting with the National Majlis-e-Amila (Executive) of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community from Germany at Islamabad in Tilford, Surrey.

His Holiness commenced the meeting by reminding members of the National Amila of their responsibilities and objectives. His Holiness urged members to undertake a sincere self-assessment to determine whether they were fulfilling their duties with due diligence.

Following this, His Holiness gave guidance to various department heads, stating that when an office-bearer, such as the finance secretary, encourages members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community to make donations, they should recognise that he approaches them with compassion and full understanding of the members’ circumstances. His Holiness added that if this awareness regarding the nizam (administrative system) is instilled in members of the community, they will willingly participate.

Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad continued:

“Do not seek the position of authority, rather seek to become a servant… When you truly realise that you are servants [of God Almighty], only then will you be able to truly fulfil your duties and reap blessings from your efforts.”

His Holiness offered guidance to the Tabligh (outreach) department, emphasising strategies for effective engagement and preparedness in facing contemporary challenges.

Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad stated:

“Engage as many people as possible in the field of Tabligh (outreach and propagation of Islam Ahmadiyya) and also seek assistance from the various sub-organisations [internally] and from those willing to help. Simply submitting a report does not earn anyone any credit. True credit lies in the results you achieve. Expand your team – Tabligh cannot be carried out by just a few individuals. It is important to observe how many people you involve and what results are being produced.”

Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad continued:

“The current global circumstances indicate that rather than ease, challenges are likely to rise. As worldly conditions worsen, local communities may be opposed to both immigrants and religion, and their heightened sentiments may lead them to act against you. Therefore, do not assume that conditions will improve; they are likely to worsen. The question is: what strategy have you prepared for this? Addressing these challenges is a responsibility of the departments of Umoor-e-Aama (general affairs), Tarbiyyat (moral training) and Tabligh (outreach) alike.”

The meeting concluded with a group photo, after which His Holiness graciously gifted pens to the attendees.
