With great love and tenderness His Holiness fed the birds

During his recent visit to Melbourne, the World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat and Fifth Khalifa, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad visited the Royal Botanical Gardens, the Sky-High view at Mount Dandenong and also a local bird park.

Whilst visiting the Royal Botanical Gardens, His Holiness was given a guided tour of various gardens including the ‘Water Saving Garden’, the ‘Lifestyle Garden’ and the ‘Research Garden’. His Holiness also led the Zuhr and Asr prayers whilst at the gardens.

Later, His Holiness visited the Sky-High view at Mount Dandenong, which stands at an altitude of more than 2,000 feet and from where the city of Melbourne and beyond can be seen.

Perhaps the most enjoyable part of the day came later in the afternoon as Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad visited a local bird park where he affectionately fed parrots that eagerly ate directly from his hand.

With great love and tenderness His Holiness fed the birds reflecting once again Islam’s teachings of treating all of God’s Creation with kindness and compassion.
